THE BURGER: an 8oz patty from Capital Farms topped with piquillo peppers, charred onions in aged sherry vinegar, Mahon cheese, and guindilla pepper mayo — all on a milk bun from Nice Buns Bakery.
THE WINE: a hand-picked pour from our bottle list — whatever plays best with the burger that week. think Gamay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and beyond.
