THE BURGER: an 8oz patty from Capital Farms topped with piquillo peppers, charred onions in aged sherry vinegar, Mahon cheese, and guindilla pepper mayo — all on a milk bun from Nice Buns Bakery.
THE WINE: Raúl Pérez, Mencía, Bierzo. Magnum by the galss.
